McCarpentry Builders Inc strives to complete projects efficiently. Most residential jobs are finished within the agreed-upon timeline; however, timelines may vary due to project scope, weather, or unforeseen conditions. Any projected completion date is an estimate, not a guarantee. You agree to provide access to the work area during our stated business hours:

McCarpentry Builders Inc reserves the right to refuse service, terminate jobs in progress, or cancel future work at our discretion if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. Where feasible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure your breach.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina for all disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services.
McCarpentry Builders Inc may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted or provided upon request and will supersede all previous versions. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
